What’s Happening at Avenue L!!

February 24, 2018: Avenue L is hosting the Monthly Singing at 6 PM.  Please attend and support our church.  Please bring snacks for our guests.

February 25, 2018: Concealed Weapon Meeting at 4:30 PM at the church.  Procedure, protocol, protection and what the law allows in the event there is a need to use a weapon at church.

March 9, 10, 11 is the Annual Women’s Retreat.  It will be in Glen Rose this year.  Cost is $60.00. Talk with Sister Kathy Vera, if you have questions.  If you want to go and cannot afford to, let her know.  The church will help you.  We don’t want anyone to miss because of a financial concern.

March 18, 2018: We will be hosting the Baggy Bottom Boys in the morning service.  If you haven’t heard them before, you are in for a blessing.

April 1, 2018:  Easter.  Lunch will be provided with an Easter Egg hunt afterwards.  More information will be given in March.

April 14, 2018:  We will be hosting The Goodins from Tishomingo, OK on Saturday night 7 PM.  

April 15, 2018: The Goodins will be at the Sunday Morning service.

July:  Vacation Bible School.

We will also have our Youth Camp.

October, 2018:  We will again host the monthly singing.

We will have our annual Christmas program.
